Not happy with my thigh lift surgery results!
by Christy L
(Girard, GA, USA)
I decided to have thigh lift surgery because I have had significant weight loss and wanted to remove the excess skin from between my legs that caused me constant pain when they rubbed together. I had my surgery in Augusta, Ga and it cost me $6200. I used Care Credit to finance my surgery.
I am over two months out from surgery and have had separation where the incision was on the top inside of my leg. Two weeks ago I had a breast augmentation revision and the doctor decided to try to close the wound. About a week afterward it started opening again, and a week later they removed the stitches and the next day it finished opening where they took the stitches out.
So now I am two months out from surgery with a deep 6 x 4 inch opening on the inside of my leg and I don't know where to go from here! If I had it to do over again I would have saved myself a lot of time and money and a lot of stress on me and my family!!!
