About Dr. Wizman
Dr. Paul Wizman received his medical education at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, after completing a fellowship in Laparoscopic Surgery. He practiced general surgery for 9 years and became deeply interested in weight loss surgery in 2001.
Dr. Paul Wizman has since completed over 6,000 weight loss surgeries and is accomplished at the gastric bypass, gastric band, sleeve gastrectomy, and revisional bariatric surgery. He is committed to his patients and has limited his practice to the study of weight loss surgery

Dr. Amit Taggar obtained his Bachelor of Science degree at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at the Ross University School of Medicine in New Brunswick, N.J.
Dr. Taggar specializes in Laparoscopic Roux En Y Bypass, Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy, Laparoscopic Adjustable Gastric Band, Duodenal Switch, and Revisional Bariatric Surgery.
Dr. Taggar believes his patients are patients for life. With long-term support from a multidisciplinary team, patients will have long term sustainability of not only weight loss but resolution and prevention of medical co-morbidities. He defines success in years not in months.
