During his more than 15 years as a board-certified bariatric surgeon, Dr. Jossart has performed over 3,700 procedures across all four of the most commonly performed weight loss surgeries including the Roux-en-Y gastric bypass, duodenal switch, gastric banding and gastric sleeve procedures.

He has also performed over 350 revisional procedures, and his focus is on the laparoscopic approach to weight loss surgery.

Dr. Jossart is the Director of Minimally Invasive Surgery for the California Pacific Medical Center and is the lead bariatric surgeon for Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation, practicing out of San Francisco and Novato, California.
