Hi Charleen,

Can you provide additional details about your current habits and routine?

For example:

- When did the 70 pounds come back? (gradually, over a short period of time, x years after surgery, etc.)
- What do you eat throughout each day?
- What are your portion sizes?
- Are you exercising? If so, what is your routine?
- Do you attend support groups (online or off)? If so, please provide a quick overview of your experience.
- What kind of support are you receiving at home and around your friends? Do you think your family and friends are helping you maintain your goals? Please explain.
- Has your surgeon's team provided any feedback?

This information will help the community provide advise specific to your situation.

We're here for you, and we'll do our best to get you back on track!

Looking forward to your response,

Jeff
